OUR SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

All orders are available for dispatch with 2 options:

  • BY Road – This is a standard courier option available on orders of all sizes. Shipping by air mode generally delivers orders in 2 – 6 working days depending on your location.
  • Store PICKUP – With this option, customers arrange pickup of their order from our VAdodara store location to collect the order.

 

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

 
  • All courier orders are processed on the same or next working day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Self Pickup orders are made ready on the same working day.
  • If we are experiencing high volume of orders, shipment dispatches may be delayed by an extra working day. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, whatsapp or call.
  • We ship all our courier orders using well established logistics partners as listed below but not limited to:
    • DTDC
    • Delhivery.com
  • The decision of using a particular courier company for a particular shipment is made by our resident dispatch team with experience of hundreds of shipments.
  • If you have a particular courier reference, the same can be communicated to us after order placements. We will be more than happy to oblige.
  • We do not offer confirmed next day delivery services.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

 
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
  • You will also receive a dispatch and tracking confirmation message on Whatsapp if your number is Whatsapp enabled. 
 

 

Return Policy

 

Bacsgo will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you will have to get the package delivered back to us at GF/02 Savorite complex Near SNDT college Akota Vadodara, Gujarat, India. 390009.

Please be assured of the following key points before processing for retrurn:

  • The cost of returning the package to us will be borne by the customer.
  • We will bear the shipping cost of the replaced product from us to your address.
  • Any damage caused to the package during the transit from you (customer) to Us (Bacsgo.com) will not be our liability.

RETURN REQUESTS WILL STRICTLY NOT BE ENTERTAINED IN THE FOLLOWING SCENARIOS:

  • RETURNING OF FROZEN PRODUCTS, INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO (WHIPPED CREAMS, CREAM CHEESE, YEAST, CHOCOLATE CHIPS etc.)
  • Returning of seasonal items including but not limited to (Themed or non-themed packaging material like boxes, toppers and more, decorative items like toys, flowers etc.)
  • Used items included but not limited to cake moulds, chocolate moulds, knives, toys, toppers, etc.
  • Damaged or Broken items.
